My name is Elizabeth Santiago, but you can call me Liz. My journey began with a deep love for the healing properties of plants, which led me to earn a degree in Herbology from the Herbal Bear School of Botanical Medicine. Coupled with my background in chemistry and biology, I found my true calling as a skincare and cosmetic chemist.
As I delved into the world of Ayurvedic and Holistic nutrition, I discovered the power of embracing natural ingredients and holistic practices.
