Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the CeleBritAy affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “CeleBritAy” refers to CeleBritAy, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the CeleBritAy affiliate program, you are confirming that you have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions.
Affiliate Program
The CeleBritAy Affiliate Program includes skincare, events, programs, paid consultations, and any other product or services offered on the CeleBritAy website.
Who is this for?
Influencers, bloggers, website owners, or anyone with online influence who promotes your products and earns a commission in exchange sales. This is an opportunity for you to partner with like-minded people who believe in sustainability, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly practices.
Commissions
The Affiliate will earn a 20% commission on every sale made through their Affiliate links, including skincare, events, programs, paid consultations, and any other product or service offered on the CeleBritAy website. For an Affiliate to receive a commission on a sale, the customer or client must complete the order form and pay in full for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer or client clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to properly code and post links for use on their website and/or social media profiles. Affiliate may view commissions on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Payment
Affiliates are paid via PayPal. You’ll earn a 20% commission on every sale made through your affiliate links. This includes skincare, events, programs, paid consultations, and any other product or services offered on the CeleBritAy website. You will receive payment once a month after you have crossed the minimum balance of $100. Funds are calculated at the end of each month and paid out approximately 30 days later, usually in the first week of the following month. Payments are transferred to the bank account you provide when you set up payments for your page. If your accumulated balance is below $100 at the end of a month, it will be carried over the next month until it passes the $100 threshold for payouts. The influencer gets to monetize their content and brands, and we only pay the influencers involved if their promotions contributed to a sale.
Refunds
In the event that a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Cookies & Tracking
Referral tracking cookies are valid for 60 days.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the CeleBritAy brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the CeleBritAy application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of CeleBritAy and will never advertise CeleBritAy products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with CeleBritAy.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, CeleBritAy or their relationship with CeleBritAy in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing CeleBritAy.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
